LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY -----
Read the following terms and condition carefully.
For a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase, Kiwi Custom Guns and/or its authorized distributors, (collectively “KCG”) warrant that this firearm is free of defects in materials KCG manufactured and used in this firearm and in workmanship. KCG agrees to either repair the defect or replace the firearm at its sole discretion. If KCG agrees to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm shall be a comparable quality firearm. KCG does not warrant the finish, matching of pieces, dents, scratches, cuts, dings, or other perceivable imperfections that are or should be apparent to the purchaser at the time the firearm is purchased. The purchaser shall fully inspect the firearm prior to purchase to ensure that it is free from perceivable defects or damage. This Warranty is effective from the original retail purchase date of the firearm. KCG assumes no liability for consequential, punitive or other damages (except as set forth herein) related to a warranty claim. KCG shall provide a full list of KCG Authorized Dealers that honor this Warranty upon request.
- KCG ITS SUPPLIERS,AGENTS, MANUFACTURERS, OR DISTRIBUTORS ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: FIREARM MALFUNCTION OR DAMAGE OR FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM, IN WHOLE OR IN PART, CRIMINAL
OR NEGLIGENT USE OF THIS FIREARM BY ANY PERSON; IMPROPER OR CARELESS HANDLING OF THE FIREARM; UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS OR USE OF AFTER-MARKET ACCESSORIES NOT SOLD BY KCG WITH THE FIREARM; USE OF DEFECTIVE AMMUNITION; USE OF IMPROPERLY HAND-LOADED OR RELOADED AMMUNITION; USE OF REMANUFACTURED AMMUNITION; CUSTOMER ABUSE OR NEGLECT OF THE FIREARM OR OTHER INTENTIONAL AND/OR NEGLIGENT MISUSE OF THE FIREARM BY ANY PERSON.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO NORMAL WEAR OF ANY PARTS, INCLUDING METAL, WOOD, PLASTIC, RUBBER, SURFACE FINISH OR OTHER MATERIALS AND PARTS NOT MANUFACTURED BY KCG. ANY UNAUTHORIZED REPAIR AND/OR ALTERATION OR MODIFICATION IMMEDIATELY VOIDS THIS WARRANTY.
The terms and conditions of this Warranty cannot be modified except in writing by an officer of KCG. Unless authorized by KCG, dealers or gunsmiths (unless they are a repair station authorized by the Manufacturer and/or by it local official Distributor/s) are not authorized to make any warranty repair or adjustment on behalf of the Manufacturer.
This Warranty gives only the original personal retail purchaser specific legal rights. Should warranty service be required for this firearm, please return it to the Manufacturer or to its local official Distributor/s through the Retailer from whom purchased, giving the full details of the defect or malfunction and stating date of purchase, along with a copy of your sales receipt.
IMPLIED WARRANTY -
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL RETAIL PURCHASE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
To the extent any provision of this warranty is prohibited by federal, state, or municipal law, which cannot be preempted, it shall not be applicable. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Important Returns and Repairs Policy Message:
To provide enhanced repair and return service, we require that consumers contact our customer service team at:
(209) 863-2355 to obtain a Service Request Number (SRN) prior to shipping any product to the Company or Authorized Service Center. This will allow for improved tracking of returns and ensure all consumers benefit from a faster and more reliable process.
No return will be accepted without an SRN on the shipping label. Packages sent without the required SRN will not be accepted and marked Return to Sender.
NOTICE: It is illegal to ship a firearm with ammunition in the firearm or in the same packaging. Firearms and ammunition must be shipped separately.
