PARTS TRANSFER REQUEST

Need firearm parts or accessories shipped to Kiwi’s? We’re happy to help with the transfer.

How It Works

  1. Place your order with the seller and have it shipped to Kiwi’s Custom Guns.

  2. Complete our Parts Transfer Request Form after placing your order and before your package arrives.

  3. Upload a copy of your sales invoice or order confirmation showing your name, the items purchased, and purchase price (including taxes).

  4. Once your package has been received and processed, we’ll contact you when it’s ready for pickup.

  5. Bring a valid government-issued ID and complete any required California paperwork when you pick up your order.

 
Transfer Fee

$50 per incoming package

Our fee is charged per package, not per item. If the seller ships your order in more than one package, the $50 transfer fee will apply to each package received.

Any applicable taxes, government fees, or other required charges are additional.

A Few Things to Know

  • Make sure your name is included with the shipment so we can easily match the package to your transfer form.

  • Please complete the transfer form before your package arrives to help us process it without delays.

  • There’s no need to call or come in to check on your shipment — we’ll contact you as soon as it’s ready for pickup.

  • All items must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Kiwi’s Custom Guns reserves the right to refuse any item that cannot legally be accepted or transferred.

  • Packages must be picked up within 14 days of notification. After 14 days, a $1 per day storage fee will apply.
